1. Important notice

tinctr helps you organise your supplement routine. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, prescribing, or emergency guidance.

tinctr does not replace a doctor, pharmacist, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

2. What tinctr does

tinctr helps with routine tracking, cabinet inventory, pillbox refill planning, restock timing, provider links, and general supplement organisation.

Product, timing, spacing, cost, and restock suggestions are intended to help you review your routine more clearly. They are not a clinical review or a safety clearance.

3. What tinctr does not do

tinctr does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. It does not provide a clinician-patient relationship, pharmacy service, medication review, emergency service, or regulated medical-device function.

4. AI suggestions

AI suggestions can help you think through timing, refills, restocks, value, and routine complexity. They can be incomplete, outdated, unsuitable, or wrong.

Do not use AI suggestions as the only basis for starting, stopping, combining, or changing supplements. Review everything and speak with a qualified professional when a decision could affect your health.

5. When to speak with a professional

Speak with a clinician or pharmacist before making changes if you take prescription or over-the-counter medicines, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a chronic condition, are preparing for surgery, have allergies, have had adverse reactions, or are choosing supplements for a child.

If you feel unwell after taking a supplement, stop and seek medical advice. For urgent symptoms, severe reactions, possible overdose, or anything that feels unsafe, contact emergency services immediately.

6. Supplements and risk

Supplements can interact with medicines, medical conditions, surgery, lab tests, foods, and other supplements. High doses and combinations can create risk. Follow the product label unless a qualified professional gives you different guidance.

Do not use supplements instead of prescribed medicines or a varied diet unless a qualified professional has advised you to do so.

7. Product and provider suggestions

Restock suggestions may use product information such as price, ingredient profile, serving size, availability, provider data, and your saved routine. They are not a guarantee that a product is safe, effective, suitable for you, in stock, accurately labelled, or equivalent to a product recommended by a clinician.

Always check the provider page and product label before buying or taking anything.

8. Optional health-adjacent context

Any health-adjacent context you choose to enter can help organise and qualify suggestions. It is not a full medical history, medical record, medication review, clinical assessment, or safety clearance.

9. US regulatory notice

Statements about dietary supplements have not necessarily been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

10. UK regulatory notice

For UK users, food supplements are foods, not medicines. tinctr does not make medicinal claims and does not present supplements as treating, preventing, or curing health conditions.

11. Affiliate and retailer boundary

Some provider links may be referral links. Referral relationships do not change the medical boundary: tinctr is not your seller, pharmacy, clinician, or checkout provider. Retailer labels, warnings, terms, and policies control the product you buy.

Read more in the Affiliate Disclosure.

12. Information changes

Supplement information, research, product labels, prices, availability, and provider details can change. tinctr may not reflect those changes immediately.
