Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Agreement to these terms
These terms explain how you may use tinctr. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, accessing the website, or using the app, you agree to these terms.
If you use tinctr on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for them.
2. What tinctr is
tinctr helps people organise supplement routines, cabinet inventory, pillbox refills, restock timing, and provider links. It is a routine-management tool.
tinctr is not a supplement seller, pharmacy, healthcare provider, insurer, payment processor, or emergency service. Retailer checkout, payment, fulfilment, shipping, returns, subscriptions, product claims, and customer service are handled by the third-party retailers you choose to visit.
3. Eligibility and availability
tinctr is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use tinctr.
You may use tinctr only where it is lawful for you to do so. We may limit, pause, or change availability by country, device, account status, invitation status, or feature readiness.
4. Accounts, waitlist, and communications
You may join a waitlist, create an account, or receive account, security, waitlist, and service emails. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your login secure.
Marketing emails are optional where consent is required. Service, security, waitlist, and transactional messages may still be sent when needed to operate tinctr.
5. Informational only
tinctr provides informational content and routine-management tools only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, prescribing, or clinical decision-making.
Always speak with a qualified clinician, pharmacist, registered dietitian, or other appropriate professional before starting, stopping, combining, or changing supplements, especially if you take medication, have a medical condition, are pregnant, are breastfeeding, have allergies, are preparing for surgery, or are making decisions for a child.
6. AI and automated suggestions
tinctr may use automated systems or AI to suggest timing, spacing, restock, value, cleaner-alternative, or simplification ideas. Suggestions can be incomplete, outdated, unsuitable, or wrong.
AI suggestions are not instructions. You are responsible for reviewing and confirming any changes to your supplement routine, inventory, provider choice, or purchase plan.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, the routine you choose to follow, and the decisions you make based on tinctr. Check product labels, ingredients, serving sizes, allergen warnings, dosage directions, expiry dates, retailer pages, and professional advice before buying or taking anything.
Do not use tinctr as the only basis for medication interaction decisions, high-risk health decisions, adverse-reaction decisions, or emergency decisions.
8. Product, price, and retailer information
Product and retailer information can change quickly. Prices, stock status, delivery dates, discounts, labels, ingredients, warnings, serving sizes, subscriptions, and seller availability may be inaccurate or out of date.
Retailers and manufacturers are responsible for their own products, labels, claims, checkout, delivery, refunds, recalls, and customer service.
9. Affiliate links and third-party sites
tinctr is free to use and may earn referral commission or credit from some provider links. Links may route through internal URLs such as /r/[id] before sending you to a retailer.
Our goal is to prioritise practical fit, quality, value, ingredient profile, availability, and your stated routine. Referral economics should remain secondary to user fit. Third-party websites have their own terms and policies.
10. Acceptable use
Do not misuse tinctr, interfere with the service, access another person's account or data, scrape or bulk copy the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use tinctr to make misleading, dangerous, or unlawful claims.
11. Your content and submitted information
You keep ownership of information you submit, including supplement routines, notes, preferences, and messages. You give tinctr the rights needed to host, process, display, protect, and use that information to provide, maintain, and improve the service.
Do not submit information that you do not have the right to share.
12. tinctr intellectual property
tinctr, including its software, design, interface, copy, brand, trademarks, and content, is owned by tinctr or its licensors. These terms allow you to use the service for your personal, lawful use. They do not transfer ownership of tinctr intellectual property.
13. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how tinctr handles personal information, supplement routines, health-adjacent context, affiliate click data, AI processing, deletion, and privacy rights.
14. Service changes, suspension, and termination
tinctr may change, pause, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. We may suspend or close access if we believe an account creates risk, violates these terms, misuses the service, or is required by law.
You may stop using tinctr at any time. Account deletion and export options, where available, are handled under the Privacy Policy and in-product controls.
15. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tinctr is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, availability, uninterrupted operation, product suitability, retailer availability, or health outcomes.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, tinctr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, health outcomes, retailer issues, product issues, or purchase decisions.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
17. Governing law
tinctr is operated by a Wyoming LLC. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, unless mandatory laws where you live require otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where they cannot be waived.
18. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as tinctr develops. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the service, email, or an updated date on this page.
For questions about these terms, use the contact form.
